HAVE

1) Developable land
2) Development plan

I have 24 developable acres in Toney, AL, but banks that I have spoken with are not making residential development loans. The entire Huntsville, AL area is set to boom with BRAC (military base realignment) in 2010-2011. Additionally, I have development concepts for other properties that require more capital than I am willing to borrow to implement. I was in Civil Engineering for 23 years and very active in land acquisition and development design.
